Hi, I'm Callista, but you might know me as "Shasha莎莎."

I’m an American artist raised in rural Nebraska, and I received early training in fine arts, including personal instruction from a local artist in realism and later training at Kent Bellows Studio.

In my emerging adulthood I lived in Spain and Brazil and traveled throughout Europe, providing me with diverse artistic influences. During these years, I focused on photography, further exercising my visual storytelling abilities.

Due to my adventurous spirit, I’m proficient in multiple languages beside English, including Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin Chinese.

Currently transitioning from a career in linguistics to the creative field, I’m actively pursuing further education to align my skills with the demands of the industry. I’m committed to producing high-quality, meaningful work and I’m chasing the dream of creating art that resonates and endures. My goal is to craft pieces that not only reflect my journey but also inspire and connect with others, leaving a legacy for future generations.
